to erasure of data (Article 17 GDPR) or, where further processing is necessary under Article 17(3) GDPR, to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
to receive the data concerning them that they have provided and to transmit it to another controller (data portability) (Article 20 GDPR);
to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that their data is processed in breach of data protection law (Article 77 GDPR).

We delete or restrict data processed when using our website as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion and no different provisions are set out below.
Server log files
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or to our hosting provider by your internet browser. This data may include the date and time of access, pages accessed, the amount of data transferred, the requesting provider, the browser and operating system used, and the IP address.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your enquiry relates to pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract. Otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with website visitors and processing enquiries).
Storage period: We delete the data once your enquiry has been conclusively handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example, if the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship).
Linking to social media via icon or text link (LinkedIn, X)
Our website contains icons or links to our presences on the social networks listed below. The integration is done via a link only. This prevents an automatic connection to the respective network’s servers when our website is accessed. Only when you click the icon or link will you be redirected to the relevant social network.
After you are redirected, the respective provider processes information about you (for example, IP address, date, time and the page visited). If you are logged into your user account for the respective network at that time, the provider may be able to assign the information to your account. We use Google reCAPTCHA to check and prevent automated access (for example by bots) and to protect our contact form from abuse. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may process information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and interaction data. This is necessary to provide and ensure the security function. Google may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA as part of providing the service.
